I have used Peter and the guys at Tarragon on many an occasion and will continue to do so. It gives me great reassurance to know they are literally a phone-call away when disaster strikes (and not behind a queuing system or robot voicemail). They are reliable, efficient, hard working and incredibly personable. It really feels like they are part of our own in-house IT team. When we can't cope with something internally - we call Tarragon! We use them for server support, web hosting and software development. This is not something you can boast about many IT companies. Peter always responded well to whatever situation we found ourselves in and would make himslef personally available to come into the office to discuss through and sort out any issues that we may have had. He was personable and professional and was genuinely keen to always help.
